masa zaman sekolah menengah dulu kan, saya adalah peminat cerita Taiwan. especially masa zaman tu cerita Meteor Garden adalah super popular tahap dewa. obses ok dengan F4 semua tuh. siap bolehlah jugak menyanyi lagu cina. yang tak boleh tahan tu motip saya siap beli album F4? original lak tu? kumpulan duit belanja semata-mata nak beli album dorang. kerlas gitu. macamlah faham kan dorang nyanyi apa. nak google masa tu zaman susah nak dapat internet, kat cyber cafe je boleh online. (eh kenapa dulu takde internet boleh je hidup, tapi sekarang kalau tak online mesti macam gelisah? hehe!)

nak dijadikan cerita lah kan, satu hari tu saya nyanyilah bagai nak rak lagu Can't Lose You kat rumah, soundtrack Meteor Garden 2 yang F4 nyanyi tu kan...ingat tak? ala yang lagu dia 'Oh baby baby baby...my baby baby baby...' (jangan lak korang nyanyi nada lagu Baby Justin Bieber)...

segala patah perkataan cina tu saya nyanyi. pastu kena tegur dengan makcik..

"kau tahu ke apa maksud lagu tuh duk nyanyi-nyanyi lagu cina tu? sedap-sedap je nyanyi entah-entah dia nyanyi 'mari makan babi mari makan babi'...."

acoustic cover

i loveeee listening to cover version of certain songs especially if it was done in an acoustic version by just another 'ordinary' person, not by some already famous artists. so that's basically why i'm spending most of my free time on youtube surfing for the latest cover done on the songs that i like. i came across a few channels like Maddie Jane but my ultimate favourite is Boyce Avenue. one song that really caught my attention when the guys performing Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars. tak caya? silalah dengar ini. best sangat. very soothing.

best kaaannnnn?? i really feel like these guys are amazing and talented as well. they've been doing cover for quite sometimes and they've covered quite a lot of songs. they also have their own songs but like i said, i love the acoustic cover version so i don't really listen to their songs. haha kejam. but i still love them though... :)

remember that tagline? disini saya ingin mengakui bahawa saya adalah peminat cerita Sailormoon. walaupun antara semua sailor, dia yang paling kuat nangis. haha. best woah. teringat masa cuti semester during degree saya spent almost two weeks nak habiskan cerita kartun Sailormoon yang ada 200 episod (kalau tak silaplah) tu. gila tak gila tak. memang masa tu laptop dan saya bagai isi dan kuku. bukan kuku dd tapi kuku di jari. hahahah!

saya dan ros tengah gila dengar lagu ni, mengimbau zaman kanak-kanak. heheh. masa tu saya sanggup bangun awal masa hari ahad semata-mata nak tengok sailormoon kat TV2. ingat lagi Sailormoon pukul 9 pagi, Dragonball pukul 9.30. haha.

i feel like dancing tonight...sebab apa? sebab menonton Hairspray. hehe! i really love watching musical movies macam Moulin Rouge and Grease tu. dahlah ahad hari tu siap tengok Mamma Mia kat Star Movies, malam ni tengok lak Hairspray. Semalam siap terngiang-ngiang lagu Abba siap menyanyi bagai. i've actually been to only one musical show in Istana Budaya a couple of million years ago (serius, dah tak ingat tahun bila) with my family watching Grease The Musical. waduh! we ended up dancing together with the dancers/actors i tell you. gila perempuan kabaret. muahaha. i envied my sister who managed to watch Cats and Fame! cemburu cemburu.

Lebaran Ini

huargghhhh...malasnya rasa nak balik Cheras. rasa nak stay saja lama-lama kat JB. nak beraya sakan. tahun ni saya rasa syawal lebih bermakna berbanding tahun lepas. tahun ni agak lama saya berada di JB. dari hari Ahad hinggalah ke Rabu. selalunya, saya hanya spent 1 or 2 days in JB for raya celebration after my beloved grandma passed away 2 years ago tapi this time around, 4 days tu kira agak lama juga. itupun siap nak singgah Batu Pahat nak jumpa orang kampung, keluarga Wak Nan yang dah 2 tahun lebih tak berjumpa tapi tak singgah sebab tak sempat. keluarga Pak Jalil pun tak sempat nak jumpa. hmm, ramailah tak sempat nak jumpa.



so, how was your raya? mine was MERIAH mak ngah oiii....hikhik! berapa banyak baju raya korang? penuh tak meja dengan kuih raya? berapa banyak dapat duit raya? tahun ni, saya dapat duit raya sebanyak RM15 RM20 saja. syahdu sedan saya. tapi itu untuk setakat ni saja lah kot-kot lepas ni ada orang baik hati nak bagi duit raya pada saya yang MASIH belajar ni ye. hehehe.

untuk raya pertama dan kedua, saya sekeluarga menetap di Hotel Puteri Pan Pacific JB. tahun lepas kami duduk di Hyatt tapi tahun ni duduk di PanPac pula. untuk raya ketiga pula, kami tumpang pula rumah Abg Chik dan Kak Pika di Riviera apetah nama dia di Taman Perling. pada yang tak tahu kenapa saya tidak duduk sahaja di kampung saya, silalah baca entri ini. malas kak pah nak elaborate lagi setiap tahun. hohoho...

anyway, i've always loved raya. not the food mind you, it's the family gathering that excites me! berjumpa dengan anak-anak sepupu and saudara-saudara yang amat saya sayangi. oh ye, bajet duit raya untuk diberi pada budak-budak dan orang-orang tua agak terover sedikit pula. sebab ada yang tak sangka dapat berjumpa, ada yang terlupa nak kira masuk list penerima. hikhik! tapi takpe, bulan ni kira kena berjimat sedikit. :(
