back from the holiday

i'm baccckkkkkkkk. ok, that sounds so lame as if people were expecting you. ahaks. after 4 idle days i'm finally back from my penang trip. the trip was amazing. we had so much fun. love the food, the shopping and the camwhoring mode there. feels like wanted to stay there for a long time but duty calls. anyway, i will blog about the trip later :) together with some photos.

away for a holiday

i will be away for the holiday that i have been dreamed of especially at this time of the year. finally i can breathe some fresh air after a frenzy few weeks of boredom (and hell). i'll be gone maybe around 4 days. off to Penang Island with my family for a special bonding time. cewah. sesiapa yang ada kat Penang tu, let's meet up. cewah kau ingat kau dah habis artis ke ada peminat nak jumpa. wahahaha.

first job as photographer

entry ini perlu dibaca dengan nada laju. kena taip cepat-cepat sebab nak kemas beg pergi Penang esok. hari ini saya bertukar menjadi paparazzi yang tidak bertauliah. menjadi photographer untuk majlis pertunangan muni di area Giant Batu Caves. bila sampai tu berasa agak nervous. macam korang first day masuk kerja selepas bertahun belajar macam tu lah i rasa noks. nasib baik dd teman. ceh padahal sengaja heret dia sekali. haha. actually baru tahu penat juga jadi photographer ni ek. huhu. ingatkan just snap gambar. hoho.

congratulations muni & rizal on your engagement. semoga berkekalan hingga ke jinjang pelamin. oh ye, thanks muni for trusting me to be your engagement photographer. i really appreciate that! sorry tau kalau ada apa-apa yang tak disnap tadi. (^_^)v

a christmas BBQ

i just wrapped up the BBQ party awhile ago. around 11pm. i'm pretty exhausted. actually this BBQ was planned a few months ago by my uncle. memang selalu we will be the host sebab rumah saya ada taman. jadi agak mudah nak buat BBQ disitu. oh berbalik pada main point yang tak tahu mana satu, the event was a hugeeeeeeeee success. we totally had fun. i mean, it was probably one of the best family gathering we ever organized. there were so many laughter. one scene was when my grandma sang a japanese song. walaweh. hebat tu nenek saya boleh nyanyi bahasa jepun. siap cakap 'sayonara tu selamat jalan', 'ohayo gozaimasu tu terima kasih banyak-banyak' walaupun saya rasa dia maksudkan arigatou gozaimasu tapi takpelah nenek, bak kata fara fauzana...layannnn!

there were enormous amount of food that was served. kambing, ayam, burung puyuh, udang, hotdog, fish balls, mash potatoes with gravy yang laku bak pisang goreng panas, salad and drinks semua masuk dalam perut masing-masing walaupun konon-konon dah surrender tapi ada pula yang makan lagi untuk second round. hahaha. macam sambut krismas pula. cuma tiada hadiah pun yang ditukar-tukar. mula-mula macam agak risau because of the weather yang kadang-kadang macam nak hujan. tapi alhamdulillah, semuanya berjalan dengan lancar.

(seriously tak tahu nak tulis apa, tu pasal ending dia jadi macam ni. hahaha)

the reception of megat & zura

hari ini saya dan segerombolan warga OAS pergi menyerbu kenduri kahwin teman sepejabat kami yang bernama Megat Mortaza. wah! skema gitu. hehe. semua sekali ada 6 kereta konvoi. kereta dd, aida, rizal, zida, nat and kawan aida, fatin. bergerak lah kami dari putrajaya dalam pukul 9 lebih kurang macam tu. sampai Bota pukul 1 selepas berhenti rehat kejap di Tapah. tapi kitorang sampai-sampai megat and zura baru nak berarak. siap ada mercun uols. terkezut i noks. memang meriah mak ngah. nasib baik aisyah tak terkejut nangis dengar bunyi mercun yang sangat kuat tu. hehe. siapa aisyah? tentulah our little angel yang super cute sangat macam mommy dia gak. hehe.

inilah aisyah. comel sangat budak ni. ;)

tak sangka megat sengal dah kahwin. lepas ni kena plastikkan diri anda ye. cover sikit. hohoho! cepat-cepatlah masuk office. tak sabar kami nak mula berbreakfast kembali. dah tak larat dah kami nak makan kat bonda tu. ;p

oh, apa dia? friendster? geez...dah lama tak dengar word tu. hikhik. i know some of you must have been thinking what i've been thinking bila dengar perkataan friendster. which is 'dah tak layan lah friendster ni' hahaha. tak sedar diri. padahal before ada facebook, friendster lah yang paling aktif. i don't have myspace account (because i'm not a fan of myspace. don't know why!) or any other social network sites like Tagged or whatever 5 tah nama dia. can't remember. hehe! find it hard to manages many sites. yang tinggal hanyalah friendster dan facebook. friendster hanya di jengah sebulan sekali. kadang-kadang berbulan-bulanlah tak jengah. hehe.

anyway,silalah lawat Friendster .
Friendster sudah berwajah baru dah weh.

New Moon : a flop?

well...hello people of planet earth.

cewah poyo gitu! haha. anyway, i just got back from watching New Moon with my sister, eqah. arrived home pretty late, after midnight. my parents were asleep when i got home.

ok, i know you're excited to know about New Moon. haha, perasanlah weh kau ni. ;p

for me it's pretty B.O.R.I.N.G. well, i kinda expect it to be boring to tell you the truth that's why i'm not hoping on it too much. yup, boring sampai saya tanya my sister 'bila nak habis ni?' and i can take my own sweet time pergi ladies tak kesah pun kalau termiss any parts. hehe. seriously people, what happened to the twilight ni? omg. the only one that keep me sane at my seat was Jacob. and those buzzing about Dakota Fanning acting in twilight is a piece of crap. why? because she's only uttered 5 lines ok. 5 lines tapi kecohnya macam rusa masuk kampung. eh betul ke peribahasa ni teehee.

anyway, tapi memang antara novel Stephenie Meyer ni New Moon is the most boring among the four and the least favourite. i'm not being bias. i've read the book. which was way lot better than the actual movie even though the 2nd series of twilight novel were pretty much boring (i read it last year though!) but now i'm reading it again, thanks to Nisa for lending me hers. i read it again just for the sake nak dapat clear view. the best? the final saga. Breaking Dawn. that one is totally awesome. heard that it might be made into 2 movies like the final series of Harry Potter tapi no confirmation made.

from the scale of 1 to 5, i gave this movie a 2.5 for the cgi effects of Jacob turning into a werewolf and showing lots of skin. and those abs. ok, now i'm being bias. haha.

go watch it : if you're reallllly realllllllllllllllly Twihard fans that you'll die if you skipped on this one. or if you want to see Robert Pattinson half-naked or if you really wondering how on earth a 17 years old can get a body like that (referring this to Jacob. ok asyik Jacob je kan. hehe!)

ok...i'm off to bed now. dreaming of Jacob. zzzz....................

* haven't watch New Moon though. hehe. like i said in my twitter page...don't know why i'm not really excited about the movie. it's gotten so huge now sometimes it annoys me. i used to go ga-ga over Robert Pattinson before he became this 'celebrity'. every gossip column that i read on the internet, there's always something about his life. i repeat. his life. not his career. yes, he's good looking. but is he gonna stuck with Edward for the rest of his life? please don't hate me for not liking Rob anymore. it's just that i grew tired of it. but i'll still watch New Moon though..soon just for the sake of seeing the wolf pack abs acts.

The Last Song by Nicholas Sparks

i just finished reading the novel 'The Last Song' by Nicholas Sparks. i bought the novel about a week ago. heard about this novel through a magazine.

The synopsis : Seventeen-year-old Veronica "Ronnie" Miller's life was turned upside down when her parents divorced and her father moved to Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Three years later, she remains alienated from her parents, particularly her father...until her mother decides it would be in everyone's best interest if she and her brother spent the summer with him. Resentful and rebellious, Ronnie rejects her father's attempts to reach out to her and threatens to return to New York before the summer's end. But soon Ronnie meets Will, the last person she thought she'd ever be attracted to, and finds herself falling for him, opening herself up to the greatest happiness - and painn - that she has ever known.

i'm totally into this book. one of my favourite this year. although i find the first few chapters were quite slow, but still bearable though. Ronnie was absolutely sarcastic and funny at the same time that was impossible not to love her. and the same goes to Will. even though he is charming, athletic and rich but he also has the downside, he can sometimes be really violent. and i love the way the relationship between Ronnie and her younger brother, Jonah. i would probably say that Jonah is my favourite character in this movie. he's so funny, he basically lits up the story. anyway, this novel evolves around the love-hate relationship Ronnie had with her father. how he tried to be nice to her, tried to win her heart back, and how she's always being mean to him, yelling at him, ignore him and always hurting his feelings because she still mad at him for leaving them behind. this story don't just involves between a father and a daughter, it also touch the value of friendship. how far will one go to save a friend. towards the end, i find it so sad, i couldn't help but CRIED. yes, i CRIED. so badly.

from the scale of 1 to 10, i gave this novel...8 for the great storyline between a daughter and her lonely father (ini semua sebab cerita Papadom, dah terjatuh cinta dengan cerita-cerita famili ni. hehe!) and the ability to make me cry during Aidiladha. haha.


this novel has been made into a movie. just waiting to be release somewhere around April next year. being a huge fan of A Walk To Remember (another movie adaption of Sparks' novel), i can't wait to see how the movie will turn out to be. Miley Cyrus as Ronnie and not-so-famous-actor will play the role, Will. hope it will be good as the book. crossed my finger.

birthday celebration

birthday siapa kah yang di sambut sehari sebelum raya qurban ni? sebenarnya birthday dia esok tapi oleh sebab esok dia kena korban cuti jadi kami forwardkan birthday dia ke hari ini. eh eh lupa pula nak cakap nama birthday girl. ni hah, budak ni punya birthday!

officemate saya yang sangat saya sayangi.

So, kami (saya, dd, haida, luqman dan wawa) bercadang nak buat surprise birthday party untuk ros. bukan calang-calang ni. siap booked taman ok. dah macam garden wedding dah. cewah. ros sangat terkejut ok. dia ingatkan saya pergi jumpa member. aleh-aleh dd bawa dia lunch kat taman tu. then we sang 'Selamat Hari Tua' in English. wakakah!

muka ros yang terkejut dan happy. eh happy ke? hehe ;p

we ordered KFC di Alamanda dan berpicnic kat secret garden. secret? ssh ssh dd tak kasi beritahu kat mana taman tu. hikhik! lepas makan, as usual kami camwhoring with luqman as the photographer. sebenarnya, nak beli kek kat alamanda tapi kalut sampai terlupa pasal kek. terpaksa lah settled for 3 pieces of cakes dari Secret Recipe.

later that evening, ros dapat surprise lagi. this time around from her fiance. hantar cake bersama dengan coklat dan bunga. tapi bukan tunang dia lah yang hantar, the delivery guy. auwwwww, so sweet. romantik sangat. terus mengalir air mata ros sebab terharu sangat-sangatlah i tell you. nasib baik juga tak beli kek besar sebab idzuan dah beli.
